On July 2, 2026, Richie Akiva, one of the most notable international party curators of the last three decades, returned to the Hamptons scene hosting an epic party on Sagaponack beach with Elie Tahari, that has Hamptonites still buzzing. “The After” Hamptons Fourth edition party conceived by Akiva took place at an incredible beach front property, hosting upwards of 1000 partygoers from 6pm into the late night hours, presented by Resorts World New York City and Boukét. 

His luxury party brand “The After” has become his signature, a sought after brand worldwide, known for its exclusive parties for Met Gala, Cannes, Capri, and St. Barth to Saint-Tropez and Paris to Milan, plus every major destination city in between. For his Hamptons Fourth of July edition 2026, Akiva aligned with Elie Tahari creative director Jeremey Tahari, to create an unforgettable beachfront fete that had fashionistas, athletes, actors, models and socialites galavanting under the stars all night.

Notable guests at the annual Akiva July 4th bash included Alix Earle, Ashtin Earl, Tate McCrae, Laura Harrier, Tobey Maguire, AROD, Landon Barker, Alabama Barker, Karl Anthony Towns, Jordan Woods, Will Makris, Kyle Kuzma, Mike Tyson, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Ava Dash, Chloe Hockersmith, Gigi Burk, Anika Torgerson, Zach Bia, Ava Parker, Justine Skye, Cuba Gooding Jr, Erica Honin, Colin Darretta, Carter Gregory, Georgia Hassarati, Amy Zouyi, Rena Wang, Daiane Sodre, Eyal Hen, and many more. 

The highly coveted party was powered by premiere luxury hotel brand Resorts World New York City, Queens’ crown jewel and the Big Apple’s premier casino-hotel destination.  Additionally, Boukét, notably one of New York’s fastest rising cannabis lifestyle brands, also supported the evening — A brand built at the intersection of luxury, intention and New York Culture.

DJ music of Vanjee set the scene while a massive firework show took place throughout the night, creating an over-the-top moment with its intricacy and design, sure to leave a lasting impression on partygoers’ minds. Akiva also surprised special guest Mike Tyson with a birthday cake, as the party serenaded the boxing champion for his 60th birthday on July 30th. Mike, with his wife and daughter in tow, enjoyed the warm summer air while socializing with friends. The party served BBQ items such as cheeseburgers and hotdogs, and other fourth of July refreshments, while the surrounding bars offered liquor and champagne. Cocktails and drinks were provided by Midnight Cowboy espresso martinis, CaliRosa, ALB Vodka, Red Bull and more.
